Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery across India typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Charges

  • If/Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Partners

  • We partner with trusted third party logistics providers to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders.
  • While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Address & Contact Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact details at the time of placing an order.
  • Closet 24 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the provided address or contact details are incorrect, our courier partner will generally make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to Closet 24.
  • Any request to re dispatch the returned package may be subject to additional shipping charges, which must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details will be sent. You can use the tracking link to check the latest delivery status of your order.

Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules are subject to courier operations and unforeseen circumstances. Closet 24 shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
